Where we deliver

We deliver across Uganda. At checkout, enter your city, district, town, area, complete address, landmark, and any access instructions so our team can plan the route.

Fees and timing

Shipping fees vary by destination and order size. We do not charge a fixed online shipping fee at checkout. Our team will call to confirm the fee, delivery window, and any access details before dispatch.

Payment

New orders are paid securely through Pesapal at checkout. The separate shipping fee is confirmed with you by phone and paid when your order arrives.

Receiving your order

Please inspect furniture and home objects at delivery and tell the delivery team about any visible issue immediately. Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
